Service A/B Offerings and Services
When choosing Mobile Service by Mercedes-Benz, you will have alternating services and replacements with two service schedules called Service A and Service B. These service schedules help keep your vehicle running at its best while providing more convenience.
What is Service A?
Service A begins with the first visit at approximately 10,000 miles or one year of beginning this program, whichever comes first. You will continue to receive Service A every 20,000 miles or two years after that.
The services of Service A include:
- Reset maintenance counter
- Brake component inspection
- Fluid level checks and corrections
- Tire inflation check and correction
- Oil filter replacement
- Mercedes-Benz motor oil replacement
What is Service B?
Your first visit from Service B with be approximately 20,000 miles or one year after the previous service. The intervals increase slightly to approximately every 20,000 miles or two years after that, supplementing Service A and providing comprehensive maintenance for your Mercedes-Benz model.
