How it Works

Mobile Service by Mercedes-Benz includes sending our Mercedes-Benz VanCare Mobile service team to your home. Once you have started this program, you can schedule service with us to have our service specialists provide auto service without any contact or travel required. While making an appointment, you can speak with our team about how to ensure they can access key components of your vehicle.

After our mobile team has finished maintenance for your Mercedes-Benz vehicle, you can finalize payment by phone, avoiding the need to visit our location or meet our technicians.

Service A and B

Mobile Service by Mercedes-Benz includes Service A and Service B regular maintenance to help you keep your Mercedes-Benz running at its best. Your first visit will be Service A after driving approximately 10,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. Your next Service A maintenance will occur every 20,000 miles or two years after your first. Service B alternates with Service A so that between Service A maintenance, you receive Service B.

By alternating between Service A and B, you will receive maintenance every 10,000 miles or once a year to stay up to date with your service schedule. With this service program, you can receive maintenance for up to ten years or 100,000 miles. You can enjoy even more peace of mind with Mobile Service by Mercedes-Benz offering services like:
