I was also very impressed by receiving a detail and full tank of gas after receiving my car. Maybe this is standard at other dealerships but I wouldn't know, I'm still in college and this was my first (brand new) car.

"They Could Not Have Been More Courteous"
I am writing to thank your service department for exemplary customer service. My 350e would not start yesterday morning; no electricity at all. I jumped the car and got it started. Called your service department and brought it in to try to find the problem, as the same situation had occurred eight months ago. Lance, from your service department, and I discussed the situation. After checking all aspects of the battery and electrical system, no obvious problem seemed evident. But Lance than asked me if I had left the key fob in the car overnight, as emissions from the fob tend to draw down the battery. Yes, I had. Problem resolved.
Your service department did all it could to help diagnose the problem. When I came in at the end of the day yesterday, they could not have been more courteous. And even though they and your technician obviously spent some time trying to figure out the reason for the problem, there was no charge.
Please extend my thanks to Lance and your entire service department.

My sales rep was Evan Gerhardt. He is one of the best in the auto sells I have met so far. Over the years, I have leased at BMW, Lexus, Acura and others. Of all, my experience at Ann Arbor Mercedes was the best. It is mainly due to Evan's professional, curtious, and respectful approach to the client. He is enthusiastic, listens to the client need, and happy to help guide, and provide all the necessary information. In today's "high tech" world, it is essential to provide fine details so the customer can enjoy the vehicle !! He is a bright, young sells agent with a tremendous potential for the future. I received excellent, professional and friendly service from the moment I pulled my car into the service bay for the turn in of my previous lease vehicle. I was immediately greeted by the service manager who introduced himself and went to notify my sales person I had arrived. My sales person was fully prepared for my arrival and had his material ready and then took me to the F&I manager who was also fully prepared for me. The entire process was very professional, friendly and efficient. Additionally, the dealership manager immediately introduced himself and also checked back toward the end of my visit to make sure that everything went smoothly. Next, my sales person took me out to my new vehicle and personally explained all the features to me and helped me personalize the electronic settings.This is my second vehicle leased from Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor and I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship for future sales as well as on going service.
